1. What exactly is FitCode Bootcamps?
Fit code Boot camp is a structured fitness fat loss boot camp for men and women. The classes, which are led by nationally certified personal trainers are approximately 40 minutes in length and focused on getting our campers the bodies that they dream of.
2. Is there an orientation?
We require you to attend an orientation before you begin bootcamp. Follow the link above or
below to set up a time for your orientation. We do this to provide you with the information that
you need to be successful with our program!
3. Is Fit Code like a gym?
NO!!!!! In fact, we are the anti-gym. We offer affordable fitness solutions for people of all fitness
levels. We are a local, small business. Unlike big box gyms, we have a caring community here
at FIT CODE, where our focus is to deliver results - not to collect money. Our training is based
on the latest exercise research, focusing on functional fitness and interval training. We do not
use any machines! We know that through using your core to stabilize your body as you are
exercising with one of our traditional or nontraditional pieces of equipment, your body will benefit
not only during our session but up to 48 hours after. Our busy clientele find our 30 minute
workouts not only effective, but fun. We also specialize in youth fitness, whether for athletics,
fitness or to reduce body fat, our youth is our future and we take pride in helping them develop
healthy habits.
4. What should I expect?
A workout experience like no other, you will have fun, sweat, burn a ton of calories and before
you know it, class will be over!* A comfortable environment. This is a judgment free zone and
our members are friendly!* Each class starts with an introduction of what the class will entail.
Your fitness coach will have a circuit already set up and will go through each station, explaining
a level one, two and three exercise* Perform at your personal best. Pick the appropriate level of
exercise to start, we always recommend to start with level one. Almost all of our workouts are
conducted via timed work-rest ratios, e.g 40:10 is 40 seconds of work performing the exercise
and a 10 second rest/transition to the next exercise.
5. What should I eat before bootcamp?
Fuel up on good carbohydrates and water... you'll need the energy and hydration. Whole grain
toast (or an apple) with peanut butter is a simple pre-workout snack choice. I like eggs and
veggies before my workout or a great Prograde Protein shake And finally, come excited and
ready to work - you're about to make a huge improvement in your life!
6. Once I register online, is that all I need to do?
You will still need to bring your receipt with you to orientation.
7. Why do I have to attend orientation?
Whether you party with us on your Fit Body Journey for years to come or only for the length
of this coupon, it’s our mission to provide the best possible experience for you. Fit Code’s
bootcamps are unlike any other bootcamp around! Our orientations will be hands on;
demonstrating commonly used exercises and introducing how our classes are structured and
prepping you to have the best experience for your investment in this coupon.
8. What do bootcamp classes mean, I see other classes on your site?
Unlike most bootcamps out there, we offer group personal training. Coaching people through
regressions, progressions and modifications to ensure people of all levels get their best
workout. You will see bootcamps and classes used interchangeably – they are both the same
and are delivered as group personal training here at Fit Code.

13. Can I attend multiple bootcamps in one day?
No. Our coupons and memberships allow only ONE bootcamp per day. These workouts are
designed to be performed at your highest intensity; doing this multiple times a day could lead to
over training.
14. How long are classes?
Our classes are professionally designed to be 45 minutes long.
15. I have a feeling I am going to love FitCode Bootcamp, how do I sign up long term?
We have found that people who are happy and who are crushing their fitness goals have
one thing in common; they take action! Therefore, we have some SPECIAL DISCOUNTS for
people who are action takers! We will be telling you about and giving you the opportunity to take
advantage at your orientation!
16. I have never worked out before and/or I have injuries and/or I am extremely overweight. Can I still join the boot camp?
Absolutely! Fit Code Boot Camp specializes in providing challenging workouts for people at any level and at the same time. A 60 year old with joint dysfunction can work side by side with a 20 year old athlete in the same group and both will be challenged at their own fitness level.
17. Will I experience muscle soreness?
Yes, the initial phase of adding Resistance Training into your exercise program will cause some muscle soreness. We provide Self Massage and Corrective Stretching Strategies before and after every session as well as a Rapid Fat Loss Blueprint to help your body recover from intense workouts.
18. How soon will I see results?
Your results will vary on your commitment to your nutrition program, 80-90% of your success will be determined by your nutrition. Clients can feel great results in as short as 1 week and see visual changes in a few weeks. In order to see maximal results you will need to adhere to your nutritional program and attend all workouts.
19. Is there a nutrition program involved?
Yes, the number one most important component of any weight loss program is NUTRITION. We provide all clients with our tried and proven Rapid Fat Loss Nutrition Program before the start of camp. Clients will also partake in a group grocery trip prior to the start of camp (date TBA at the start of every new phase/Boot Camp) where we will provide you with the tools to get started on the right track towards a complete health and fitness transformation. We also provide you with quick-start guides and cookbooks for your gender with delicious recipes that help burn body fat. You will also be given different options where we can provide more social support through phone consultations for those who feel they need the added accountability and support.
20. Isn’t cardio better for fat burning?
Cardio can be an important part of a fat loss program. Without the components of Nutrition and High Intensity Resistance Training you will not build lean muscle and thus turn your body into a fat burning machine. We provide every client with a metabolic boosting cardio program.
21. How do I know that your program is going to work?
Well, you don’t until you come and try it. I’ve made it really easy for you…simply go to the register page, fill out the form and use the “2 WEEK FREE TRY-OUT”. By the end of the 2 weeks you will have a really good understanding of what this program will do for you and your body.
22. How many days a week should I come?
For maximum fat burning and fitness level advancement you will need to attend our camps 3 days a week. There are other options if you still feel that your busy schedule will not allow for 3 days at the moment. Just get moving’.
23. Will this camp really help flatten my stomach?
Yes, as long as you put forth the effort both in and out of camp. We provide all our campers with the education that they need to succeed as well as challenging workouts, which are needed to tone your muscles and get you looking and feeling your best. You must be consistent with your workouts and with your eating habits (which we provide a done for you meal plan), then you will see the changes that you want.
24. In the Boot Camp sessions will I get enough individual attention?
Yes, you will get all the motivation, guidance, instruction and support that you need. Every session has time at the end to handle individual Q & A. We are ALWAYS here to answer any questions or concerns about anything relating to our clients training, nutrition, or supplementation. Most one-on-one personal training sessions consist of the trainer and client just spending most of the time talking about their personal lives and the trainer wastes even more time counting reps.
25. Will you yell at us?
Yes, there will be yelling involved but only in a motivating and healthy manner. We don’t abuse, harass or degrade just positive reinforcement and encouragement and of course a few good jokes and fun.
26. What do I bring to camp?
We do provide equipment for campers. For your first session please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Wear comfortable, soft, breathable materials. Avoid anything too baggy, as it makes it difficult to properly analyze your posture and positioning during exercise. Wear sneakers with good support, laces (not Velcro) and soles that are low to the ground (no platform-like soles).
